Bizarro acid collages, space-jazz reflections, cavernous electric piano and almost formed electro sit comfortably together around a table laid by Life's Track.
'Race Against Time' opens with a tickle of jazz loops cross pollinating with overdriven piano reminding of the most blunted of moments from Cam and Krush sans kick. 'Words' is a true oddity, a distorted acid line left to run ad-infinitum over clouds of electric piano and healing drone making for a tool unlike any other. 'Psycho' gives glowing presence to the B-side with deep purple chords made to drone and phase out against some pure old school Casio vibraphone. 'Walk Away' closed with frenetic, overdriven live recording of Life's Track shredding their instruments. Ugly face 606 banging against the wall. Real weird gear from LT on this one following up from an EP on Black Opal years back, so glad to have Herve and Marco back for this one.
